Newborn Alice

Alice Noel Hall was born at home at 5:01am on Saturday, March 1, 2014. She came into the world Occiput Posterior, which is also known as “sunny side up.” She was 7 pounds + 2 ounces and 21 inches long.

Aunt Colleen came to visit just 5 hours after Alice was born. Laura was thrilled and relieved to have her sister there that first week to help her ease into Mommyhood. A few weeks later Grandma Noella came, and then Nana Jeff. And we had dozens of other visitors. Our friends helped out immeasurably by bringing us delicious and nutritious food and good company.
